The Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) reports that investment financing from the State Budget (APBN) disbursed from January 1 to December 12, 2023, reached Rp73.89 trillion.
"This figure reaches 41.91% of the total allocation of Rp176.3 trillion," said Finance Minister Sri Mulyani, as reported by *Antara*, Friday (15/12/2023).
Sri Mulyani stated that this investment financing is channeled to support government programs that have a *multiplier effect* on the economy and improve people's welfare.
This year's investment financing was mostly channeled to the infrastructure cluster, amounting to Rp44.9 trillion. These funds were for financing the State Asset Management Institute (LMAN) and the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP).
Until December 12, 2023, the total disbursement of funds for LMAN reached Rp25.4 trillion. The funds were used to support land acquisition for National Strategic Projects (PSN), ranging from toll roads, dams, ports, to the Nusantara Capital City (IKN) project.
Furthermore, the disbursement of funds for FLPP reached Rp19.4 trillion. These funds were used to support the provision of housing for low-income communities.
In the education cluster, the government has disbursed investment financing for the Education Fund Management Institute (LPDP) amounting to Rp20 trillion.
Then, in the community protection cluster, investment disbursement reached Rp4.3 trillion for financing the Environmental Fund Management Agency (BPDLH) *Pooling Fund* for Disasters.
Investment disbursement in the international cooperation cluster amounted to Rp3.5 trillion, given to the International Development Cooperation Fund Institution (LDKPI) and International Financial Institutions (LKI).
Kemenkeu also disbursed investment financing for the food and environment cluster worth Rp800 billion, namely for BPDLH Mangrove Rehabilitation financing, and a guarantee obligation of Rp330 billion.
