Today's Food Prices in Banten Region: Beef, Rice, and Salt Prices Drop

Food prices in Banten today are observed to be lower than yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Friday (20/9/2024) at 15:54 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 9 commodities increased and 12 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), medium rice, bulk cooking oil, farmer-level corn, and premium rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as skipjack tuna, dry soybean (import), chicken eggs, SPHP rice, and pure beef have decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Bulk cooking oil saw the highest price increase of Rp590 (3.9%) to Rp15,720 per liter. Meanwhile, dry soybean (import) experienced the sharpest price drop of Rp510 (4.59%) to Rp10,600 per kg.
