Chicken Egg Prices in Modern Markets for the March 2025-2026 Period

According to the latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center panel, the daily chicken egg price in Bengkulu province's modern markets is recorded at Rp28,850 per kg. This price remains unchanged compared to the previous day, as has been the trend over the past week.

Compared to the past month, the daily chicken egg price in modern markets has decreased from the previously recorded Rp29,050 per kg.

Over the past three months, the daily chicken egg price in Bengkulu's modern markets has fallen by 4.31%. Historical food price records from the PIHPS price panel show that the daily chicken egg price in Bengkulu province's modern markets was previously traded at Rp30,150 per kg.

The highest increase in daily chicken egg prices in modern markets in this province was previously recorded in September 2016 at 17.15%, while the lowest decrease was recorded in March 2017 at -15.06%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, of the nine staple foods tracked today in Bengkulu, nine commodities have decreased in price and 17 have increased. Staples with price decreases include Chicken Meat, Fresh Broiler Chicken Meat, Branded Packaged Cooking Oil 1, Super II Quality Rice, Cooking Oil, Fresh Broiler Chicken Eggs, Chicken Eggs, Garlic, and Medium-Sized Garlic.

6. Premium Quality Granulated Sugar per Kg: Rp17,750 per kg (up 3.2%)
7. Rice per Kg: Rp15,900 per kg (up 0.32%)
8. Super II Quality Rice per Kg: Rp17,500 per kg (down 0.57%)
9. Cooking Oil per Kg: Rp23,750 per kg (down 1.86%)
10. Fresh Broiler Chicken Eggs per Kg: Rp28,850 per kg (down 0.69%)
