Daily Price of Cooking Oil in Traditional Markets, March 2024-2025

Based on the National Strategic Food Price Information Center dashboard at 12:44 WIB, the daily price of cooking oil in Bengkulu Province's traditional markets showed no change compared to the previous day, mirroring the trend of the past week.

Compared to the price 30 days ago, the daily price of cooking oil in traditional markets remained unchanged at Rp20,100.

However, over the past three months, the daily price of cooking oil in Bengkulu's traditional markets has increased by 10.74% from the previous price of Rp18,150.

The highest recorded increase in the daily price of cooking oil in the province's traditional markets was in March 2022, at 23.7%, while the lowest decrease was recorded in February 2022, at -27.68%.

According to the PIHPS monitoring, today's prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) in Bengkulu show nine commodities decreased and 17 increased. The commodities with price decreases are Chicken Meat, Fresh Broiler Chicken, Branded Cooking Oil 1, Super II Rice, Cooking Oil, Fresh Chicken Eggs, Chicken Eggs, Garlic, and Medium-Sized Garlic.

The following are the prices of basic commodities monitored by PIHPS today compared to the price changes over the past month in Bengkulu Province:

5. Grade I Low-Quality Rice per Kg Rp15,350 per kg (up 0.33%)
6. Premium Sugar per Kg Rp17,750 per kg (up 3.2%)
7. Rice per Kg Rp15,900 per kg (up 0.32%)
8. Super II Rice per Kg Rp17,500 per kg (down 0.57%)
