Lampung Food Price Update Today: Onion and Rice Prices Increase (Monday, February 12, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Monday (12/2/2024) at 14:25 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 12 commodities increased and 6 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include simple packaged cooking oil, red chilies, medium rice, curly red chilies, and skipjack tuna.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as broiler chicken, farmer-level corn, fine iodized salt, bulk wheat flour, and milkfish decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Curly red chilies saw the highest price increase of Rp2,500 (3.42%), reaching Rp75,670 per kg. Farmer-level corn experienced the lowest price decrease of Rp270 (3.91%), reaching Rp6,640 per kg.
