Lampung Food Price Update Today: Chili Prices Up, Onion Prices Down (Sunday, February 4, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Sunday (4/2/2024) at 13.24 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 11 commodities increased in price and 9 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include milkfish, pure beef, medium rice, dry soybean (import), and premium rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallots, bulk wheat flour, broiler chicken meat, fine iodized salt, and broiler chicken eggs decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The commodity with the highest price increase was red chilies, up by Rp2,760 (4.49%) to Rp64,180 per kg. The commodity with the lowest price decrease was shallots, down by Rp350 (1.28%) to Rp26,930 per kg.
