East Java Food Price List Today: Beef, Rice, and Onion Prices Increase (Tuesday, February 13, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in East Java today are monitored to have increased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Tuesday (13/2/2024) at 08.06 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 12 commodities increased and 8 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include medium-grain rice, farmer-level corn, chicken eggs, red chilies, and shallots.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as premium rice, milkfish, dry soybeans (import), simple packaged cooking oil, and bulk cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chilies saw the highest price increase, up Rp5,940 (13.32%) to Rp50,540 per kg. Meanwhile, iodized fine salt had the lowest price decrease, down Rp330 (3.26%) to Rp9,780 per kg.

6. Mackerel: Rp33,080 per kg (up 0.76%)
7. Skipjack Tuna: Rp32,710 per kg (up 6.93%)
8. Milkfish: Rp32,300 per kg (down 2.06%)
9. Chicken Eggs: Rp26,630 per kg (up 0.3%)
10. Red Onion: Rp25,620 per kg (up 1.79%)
11. Sugar: Rp16,350 per kg (down 0.85%)
