Latest Banten Region Food Prices: What is the Price of Chicken Meat?

The prices of several food commodities in Banten today are observed to be higher compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Tuesday (21/5/2024) at 15:19 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 12 commodities increased in price and 7 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include bulk cooking oil, garlic bulbs, medium rice, simple packaged cooking oil, and bulk wheat flour.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as red chilies, chicken eggs, chicken meat, mackerel, and curly red chilies decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Packaged wheat flour (non-bulk) saw the highest price increase of Rp220 (1.79%) to Rp12,490 per kg. Curly red chilies saw the lowest price decrease of Rp2,520 (5.56%) to Rp42,820 per kg.
