Today's Food Prices (10/2) in West Java: Red Chili, Onion and Oil Prices Rise

Several food commodity prices in West Java today were observed to increase compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Tuesday (February 10, 2026) at 17:28 WIB, out of 16 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 2 commodities decreased.

Commodities that experienced price increases include Honan garlic, bulk palm cooking oil, large red chili, broiler chicken meat, and curly red chili.

Meanwhile, prices of some commodities such as Minyakita and bulk granulated sugar decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Large red chili prices jumped the highest by Rp1,534 (3.83%) to Rp41,617 per kg. Meanwhile, Minyakita prices fell the sharpest by Rp70 (0.45%) to Rp15,630 per liter.

Below is the complete list of 16 food commodity prices in West Java according to SP2KP Kemendag on February 10, 2026 at 17:28 WIB.

1. Beef Hindquarter: Rp135,250 per kg (unchanged)
2. Red Bird's Eye Chili: Rp79,000 per kg (up 1.07%)
3. Large Red Chili: Rp41,617 per kg (up 3.83%)
4. Shallots: Rp40,917 per kg (up 1.49%)
5. Broiler Chicken Meat: Rp39,867 per kg (up 1.01%)
6. Curly Red Chili: Rp37,750 per kg (up 2.67%)
7. Honan Garlic: Rp36,100 per kg (up 1.4%)
8. Broiler Eggs: Rp30,687 per kg (up 1.19%)
9. Packaged Premium Palm Cooking Oil: Rp20,408 per liter (unchanged)
10. Bulk Palm Cooking Oil: Rp18,185 per liter (up 0.5%)
11. Bulk Granulated Sugar: Rp17,675 per kg (down 0.28%)
12. Minyakita: Rp15,630 per liter (down 0.45%)
13. Premium Rice: Rp14,608 per kg (unchanged)
14. Imported Soybeans: Rp13,593 per kg (unchanged)
