SOEs Receive Rp44 Trillion in Capital, Largest for Hutama Karya

The House of Representatives (DPR) approved a proposal for state capital injection (PMN) for 16 state-owned enterprises (SOEs) totaling Rp44.24 trillion in 2025.

The proposal was approved by 8 out of 9 factions in the DPR Commission VI. The reason cited was the optimal performance of the Ministry of SOEs and the state-owned companies, along with their contribution of dividends to the state.

"The DPR RI Commission VI approved the 2025 PMN proposal from the Ministry of SOEs," said Deputy Chairman of the DPR Commission VI, M. Sarmuji, in a working meeting with the Minister of SOEs on Wednesday (10/7/2024).

Minister of SOEs Erick Thohir stated that 69% of the PMN budget will be used for government assignments, 27% for business development, and 4% for restructuring.

"We hope that the PMN can be targeted and provide even greater benefits for economic growth," said Erick.

The SOE receiving the largest PMN injection in 2025 is PT Hutama Karya, receiving Rp13.86 trillion, focused on continuing the construction of Phase 2 and 3 of the Trans-Sumatra Toll Road (JTTS).

The smallest injection will go to PT Industri Kereta Api (INKA), receiving Rp976 billion for train manufacturing.

2. PT Asabri: Rp3.61 trillion
3. PT PLN: Rp3 trillion
4. PT Bahana PUI: Rp3 trillion
5. PT Pelni: Rp2.5 trillion
6. PT Biofarma: Rp2.21 trillion
7. PT Adhi Karya: Rp2.09 trillion
8. PT Wijaya Karya: Rp2 trillion
9. PT Len Industri: Rp2 trillion
10. PT Danareksa: Rp2 trillion
11. PT Kereta Api Indonesia: Rp1.8 trillion
12. PT Id Food: Rp1.62 trillion
13. PT Pembangunan Perumahan (PP): Rp1.56 trillion
14. Perum Damri: Rp1 trillion
15. Perumnas: Rp1 trillion
16. PT INKA: Rp976 billion
