Today's Food Prices in East Java: Egg and Oil Prices Down

Prices of several food commodities in East Java today were observed to decrease compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency's (Bapanas) food price panel on Thursday (13/11/2025) at 12:46 PM WIB, out of 23 commodities, 10 experienced an increase and 13 experienced a decrease.

Commodities with price increases include mackerel, garlic bulbs, consumption sugar, shallots, and SPHP rice.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as Minyakita cooking oil, broiler eggs, corn at farmer level, bulk wheat flour, and consumption salt decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red bird's eye chili saw the highest jump of Rp1,528 (6.75%) to Rp24,154 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of curly red chili experienced the sharpest drop of Rp2,093 (4.16%) to Rp48,280 per kg.

6. Broiler Chicken Meat: Rp34,519 per kg (down 0.99%)
7. Milkfish: Rp32,195 per kg (down 2.42%)
8. Skipjack Tuna: Rp31,494 per kg (up 1.23%)
9. Garlic Bulbs: Rp30,243 per kg (up 0.06%)
10. Broiler Eggs: Rp27,879 per kg (down 0.14%)
11. Red Bird's Eye Chili: Rp24,154 per kg (up 6.75%)
