Today's Food Prices in DKI Jakarta: Prices of Oil, Beef, and Salt Drop

The prices of several food commodities in DKI Jakarta today are observed to be lower than yesterday.

Based on food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Friday (13/9/2024) at 10:57 WIB, out of 19 commodities, 4 commodities increased and 13 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are granulated sugar, Indian mackerel, premium rice, and medium rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as iodized fine salt, shallots, red chilies, skipjack tuna, and chicken eggs decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Medium rice saw the highest price increase of Rp210 (1.53%) to Rp13,900 per kg. Chicken meat experienced the sharpest price drop of Rp5,830 (16.27%), reaching Rp30,000 per kg.

7. Skipjack Tuna: Rp32,400 per kg (down 8.42%)
8. Chicken Meat: Rp30,000 per kg (down 16.27%)
9. Shallots: Rp27,390 per kg (down 12.88%)
