Aceh Food Prices Week of October 20th: Cooking Oil Up, Salt Down

The prices of several food commodities in Aceh today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Sunday (20/10/2024) at 10:56 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 11 commodities increased and 8 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include dry soybean (import), garlic bulbs, simple packaged cooking oil, pure beef, and bulk cooking oil.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as SPHP rice, medium rice, fine iodized salt, skipjack tuna, and broiler chicken decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Bulk cooking oil experienced the highest price increase of Rp470 (2.9%) to Rp16,660 per liter. Meanwhile, the price of milkfish decreased the most, by Rp1,930 (5.42%) to Rp33,670 per kg.
