Latest Food Prices in Aceh Region: Salt Up, Onions Down (Thursday, March 14, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Aceh today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Thursday (14/3/2024) at 14:38 WIB, out of 19 commodities, 7 commodities increased and 10 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include iodized fine salt, garlic bulbs, milkfish, simple packaged cooking oil, and mackerel.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), granulated sugar, bulk wheat flour, broiler chicken, and chicken eggs decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of skipjack tuna saw the highest increase, rising by Rp760 (2.33%) to Rp33,370 per kg. The price of shallots saw the lowest decrease, falling by Rp440 (1.16%) to Rp37,590 per kg.
