Latest Food Prices in Aceh: Red Chili and Rice Prices Drop

Prices of several food commodities in Aceh today were observed to decrease compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Tuesday (July 29, 2025) at 10.56 AM WIB, out of 24 commodities, 4 commodities increased and 19 commodities decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include broiler eggs, curly red chili, skipjack tuna, and packaged wheat flour.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as red onion, packaged cooking oil, large red chili, pure beef, and mackerel scad decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Broiler egg commodity surged the highest by Rp390 (1.41%) to Rp28,120 per kg. Meanwhile, mackerel scad prices dropped the deepest by Rp2,328 (4.67%) to Rp47,541 per kg.
