Medium-Sized Garlic Prices in Traditional Markets March 2025-2026 Period

Quoting from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center (PIHPS) dashboard at 14:44 WIB, the daily medium-sized garlic price in traditional markets of Riau province has not changed compared to the previous day, just like the price trend in the last week.

As for the last month, the daily medium-sized garlic price in traditional markets has decreased from the previously recorded Rp41.35 thousand .

Meanwhile, in the last three months, the daily medium-sized garlic price in traditional markets of Riau has increased by 6.4% from the previously traded Rp38.3 thousand.

The record increase in daily medium-sized garlic prices in traditional markets of this province was previously recorded in March 2023 with a 72.05% increase, and the lowest decrease was recorded in March 2023 with a -42.38% decrease.

According to PIHPS monitoring, today's prices of nine staple foods (sembako) in Riau show seven commodities decreased and 11 others increased. The staple foods with decreased prices are Premium Quality Granulated Sugar, Branded Packaged Cooking Oil 1, Chicken Meat, Fresh Layer Chicken Meat, Chicken Eggs, Granulated Sugar, and Fresh Layer Chicken Eggs.
