Today's Food Price List in Yogyakarta Special Region: Rice, Chili, and Oil Prices Increase (Monday, January 15, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Yogyakarta, Special Region of Yogyakarta, have increased today compared to yesterday.

Based on food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Monday, January 15, 2024, at 17:15 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 6 commodities increased and 6 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include packaged cooking oil (simple packaging), bulk cooking oil, red chilies, shallots, and premium rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as red onions, curly red chilies, bulk wheat flour, broiler chicken, and medium rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chilies saw the highest price increase, jumping Rp2,620 (6.31%) to Rp44,170 per kg. Red onions experienced the lowest price decrease, falling Rp1,000 (3.05%) to Rp31,820 per kg.
