Today''s Food Prices in Bali: Red Chili, Rice, and Chicken Meat Prices Decrease

Prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

According to data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Wednesday (September 24, 2025) at 08.11 AM WIB, out of 23 commodities, 8 increased and 14 decreased.

Commodities with price increases were skipjack tuna, red bird''s eye chili, farmer-level corn, broiler chicken eggs, and milkfish.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as consumption salt, bulk cooking oil, packaged cooking oil, dried soybean seeds (imported), and SPHP rice decreased compared to yesterday''s prices.

Mackerel prices surged the highest by Rp11,000 (28.21%) to Rp50,000 per kg. Packaged wheat flour prices, on the other hand, fell the sharpest by Rp1,640 (14.09%) to Rp10,000 per kg.

2. Curly Red Chili: Rp53,750 per kg (up 19.13%)
3. Mackerel: Rp50,000 per kg (up 28.21%)
4. Milkfish: Rp40,000 per kg (up 6.67%)
5. Broiler Chicken Meat: Rp39,750 per kg (down 3.44%)
6. Skipjack Tuna: Rp36,667 per kg (up 13.21%)
7. Large Red Chili: Rp36,250 per kg (down 7.15%)
8. Red Bird''s Eye Chili: Rp33,750 per kg (up 1.0%)
9. Garlic Bulb: Rp31,750 per kg (down 0.39%)
10. Shallots: Rp31,250 per kg (down 2.22%)
11. Broiler Chicken Eggs: Rp28,500 per kg (up 3.85%)
12. Bulk Cooking Oil: Rp19,333 per liter (down 0.39%)
