Latest Bali Food Prices: Rice Prices Up, Egg Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Saturday (10/8/2024) at 09.34 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 12 commodities increased in price and 9 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include skipjack tuna, Indian mackerel, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), broiler chicken, and dry soybean (import).

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as pure beef, red chilies, premium rice, bulk cooking oil, and simple packaged cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish prices surged the highest by Rp3,530 (9.68%) to Rp40,000 per kg. Meanwhile, broiler chicken egg prices fell the most sharply by Rp1,380 (4.99%) to Rp26,280 per kg.
