West Java Food Prices Thursday (April 10th): What is the Price of Red Chili Peppers?

The prices of several food commodities in West Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Thursday (10/4/2025) at 17.17 WIB, out of 24 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 15 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include packaged cooking oil, broiler chicken meat, packaged wheat flour, granulated sugar, and table salt.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as red chilies, SPHP rice, bulk wheat flour, premium rice, and broiler chicken eggs decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chili prices surged the highest at Rp1,787 (2.02%) to Rp90,396 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of large red chilies decreased the most sharply by Rp1,643 (3.51%) to Rp45,206 per kg.
