Today's Food Prices (Feb 3) in Banten: Bird's Eye Chili Up, Oil Down

Prices of several food commodities in Banten today were observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the Ministry of Trade's Staple Food Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Tuesday (Feb 3, 2026) at 4:54 PM WIB, out of 16 commodities, 4 commodities increased and 2 commodities decreased.

Commodities with increased prices are red bird's eye chili, large red chili, curly red chili, and premium rice.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as bulk palm cooking oil and Minyakita decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The red bird's eye chili commodity experienced the highest increase of Rp4,000 (5.85%) to Rp72,333 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of Minyakita decreased most sharply by Rp146 (0.92%) to Rp15,807 per liter.
