Food Prices in South Sumatra Today, How Much Do Fish Cost?

Prices of several food commodities in South Sumatra today are observed to have risen compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Sunday (16/11/2025) at 1:55 PM WIB, out of 23 commodities, 15 commodities saw an increase and 7 commodities saw a decrease.

Commodities with price increases include curly red chili, garlic cloves, large red chili, broiler eggs, and skipjack tuna.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as packaged wheat flour, pure beef, premium rice, bulk cooking oil, and medium rice have decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Large red chili saw the highest increase of Rp4,176 (7.63%) to Rp58,917 per kg. Packaged wheat flour prices saw the sharpest decrease of Rp64 (0.51%) to Rp12,590 per kg.
