The daily price of premium-quality rice in Riau Province's traditional markets has decreased by 0.56% over the past month.

Based on the National Strategic Food Price Information Center dashboard at 11:45 WIB, the daily price of Super I quality rice in Riau Province's traditional markets showed no change compared to the previous day or the past week.

However, compared to the last month, the daily price of Super I quality rice in traditional markets decreased from Rp17,800.

Meanwhile, over the past three months, the daily price of Super I quality rice in Riau's traditional markets has increased by 2.02% from the previous price of Rp17,350.

The highest recorded increase in the daily price of Super I quality rice in the province's traditional markets was in August 2023, with a 5.71% increase, while the lowest decrease was recorded in February 2019, at -5.12%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, today's prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) in Riau show 11 commodities decreased and 13 increased. The commodities with decreased prices are granulated sugar, red chilies, small chilies, green small chilies, red small chilies, curly red chilies, fresh chicken eggs, chicken meat, chicken eggs, fresh broiler chicken, and local granulated sugar.
