Complete List of Food Prices in South Sumatra Today, What's the Price of Onions? (Saturday, January 20, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in South Sumatra today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Saturday (20/1/2024) at 16.25 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 9 commodities increased and 7 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include bulk cooking oil, medium rice, broiler chicken, bulk wheat flour, and dry soybean (import).

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as garlic cloves, Indian mackerel, premium rice, red chili peppers, and granulated sugar decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish experienced the highest price increase of Rp490 (1.77%) to Rp28,230 per kg. Meanwhile, red chili peppers saw the lowest price decrease of Rp1,700 (3.71%) to Rp44,160 per kg.
