Lampung's Food Prices Today: Chili Prices Up, Beef Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Monday (26/8/2024) at 09.34 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 10 commodities increased and 11 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include red onions, shallots, red chilies, bulk cooking oil, and granulated sugar.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as SPHP rice, dry soybean (import), pure beef, skipjack tuna, and chicken eggs decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of milkfish increased the most, by Rp2,350 (8.71%) to Rp29,320 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of dry soybean (import) decreased the most sharply, by Rp850 (7.49%) to Rp10,500 per kg.

5. Chicken Meat: Rp33,990 per kg (down 2.41%)
6. Mackerel: Rp30,860 per kg (down 3.26%)
7. Milkfish: Rp29,320 per kg (up 8.71%)
8. Skipjack Tuna: Rp28,600 per kg (down 0.07%)
9. Chicken Eggs: Rp26,990 per kg (down 2.32%)
10. Red Onions: Rp20,800 per kg (up 0.82%)
11. Granulated Sugar: Rp18,000 per kg (up 2.62%)
