Latest Jambi Region Food Prices: What's the Price of Fish?

The prices of several food commodities in Jambi today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Saturday (7/9/2024) at 09.27 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 5 commodities increased and 14 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are pure beef, dry soybean (import), milkfish, shallots, and mackerel.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as premium rice, chicken eggs, bulk cooking oil, simple packaged cooking oil, and packaged wheat flour (non-bulk) decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish prices surged the highest by Rp1,560 (5.3%) to Rp30,990 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of curly red chilies decreased the most sharply by Rp850 (3.17%) to Rp25,960 per kg.
