Today's Food Prices in Jambi: Chili Prices Up, Rice Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Jambi today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Friday (13/12/2024) at 11:44 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 5 commodities increased and 8 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are bulk cooking oil, shallots, red chilies, skipjack tuna, and curly red chilies.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as milkfish, SPHP rice, medium rice, chicken eggs, and broiler chicken have decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chilies saw the highest price increase of Rp1,950 (5.16%) to Rp39,710 per kg. Milkfish experienced the largest price decrease of Rp510 (1.64%) to Rp30,510 per kg.
