Bali Region Food Prices Friday (6/9): Salt Prices Up, Chili Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on food commodity price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Friday (6/9/2024) at 10:01 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 14 commodities increased and 7 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include pure beef, granulated sugar, medium rice, shallots, and SPHP rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as garlic bulbs, broiler chicken meat, red chilies, red cayenne peppers, and milkfish decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Dry soybean (import) commodity saw the highest price increase of Rp600 (5.56%), reaching Rp11,400 per kg. Meanwhile, red chilies experienced the largest price decrease of Rp2,130 (8.07%), reaching Rp24,280 per kg.

6. Red Cayenne Peppers: Rp33,530 per kg (down 2.98%)
7. Chicken Eggs: Rp26,670 per kg (up 0.11%)
8. Skipjack Tuna: Rp26,390 per kg (up 4.97%)
9. Red Chilies: Rp24,280 per kg (down 8.07%)
