Bali Food Prices Tuesday (July 23rd): Oil and Sugar Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Tuesday (23/7/2024) at 15:54 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 6 commodities increased and 8 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are SPHP rice, mackerel, skipjack tuna, shallots, and red chilies.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as bulk cooking oil, garlic bulbs, bulk wheat flour, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), and chicken eggs decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Skipjack tuna experienced the highest price increase of Rp1,890 (7.61%) to Rp26,720 per kg. Packaged wheat flour (non-bulk) experienced the largest price decrease of Rp400 (3.23%) to Rp11,970 per kg.
