Today's Food Prices in Aceh: Chili Prices Up, Salt Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Aceh today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Saturday (10/8/2024) at 10:41 WIB, out of 19 commodities, 11 commodities increased in price and 8 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include garlic bulbs, bulk cooking oil, pure beef, premium rice, and kembung fish.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as bulk wheat flour, milkfish, chicken eggs, fine iodized salt, and shallots decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The commodity with the highest price increase was red chilies, up by Rp3,460 (7.92%) to Rp47,150 per kg. The sharpest price decrease was for fine iodized salt, down Rp1,360 (9.03%) to Rp13,700 per kg.
