Current Food Prices in Bali: What's the Price of Beef?

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Saturday (27/4/2024) at 15.01 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 6 commodities increased and 6 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include shallots, garlic bulbs, chicken eggs, red chilies, and simple packaged cooking oil.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as chicken meat, Indian mackerel, skipjack tuna, milkfish, and farmer-level corn decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Bulk cooking oil experienced the highest price increase, jumping by Rp570 (3.62%) to Rp16,330 per liter. Meanwhile, Indian mackerel saw the lowest price decrease, dropping by Rp2,240 (5.61%) to Rp37,660 per kg.
