Latest Banten Region Food Prices: What is the Price of Beef?

Prices of several food commodities in Banten today are monitored to have increased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Friday (21/6/2024) at 14.31 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 14 commodities increased and 6 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include medium-grain rice, pure beef, granulated sugar, milkfish, and simple packaged cooking oil.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as broiler chicken, red chilies, iodized fine salt, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), and red chili peppers decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The commodity with the highest price increase was livestock-level corn, up by Rp680 (9.99%) to Rp7,490 per kg. The sharpest price decrease was for red chilies, down Rp1,540 (2.68%) to Rp55,860 per kg.
