Daily Prices of Low-Quality Rice in Traditional Markets, December 2023-2024

The latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center panel shows that the daily price of low-quality grade I rice in Lampung Province's traditional markets is recorded at Rp14,050. This price remains unchanged compared to the previous day, mirroring the price trend over the past week.

Compared to the price 30 days ago, the daily price of low-quality grade I rice in traditional markets has increased from Rp13,650.

Over the past three months, the daily price of low-quality grade I rice in Lampung's traditional markets has increased by 5.64% from the previous record of Rp13,300.

The highest recorded increase in the daily price of low-quality grade I rice in the province's traditional markets was in January 2021, with an 11.64% increase, while the lowest decrease was also recorded in January 2021, at -10.43%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, today's prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) in Lampung show two commodities decreased and seven increased. The commodities with decreased prices are Premium Quality Granulated Sugar and Branded Packaged Cooking Oil 1.
