Daily Prices of Branded Packaged Cooking Oil in Traditional Markets, December 2023-2024

The latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center panel shows that the price of packaged branded cooking oil (2-day average) in North Kalimantan's traditional markets is recorded at Rp21,600. This price remains unchanged compared to the previous day, and similarly, there has been no change in price over the past week.

Compared to the price 30 days ago, the price of packaged branded cooking oil (2-day average) in traditional markets shows no change from the previously recorded Rp21,600.

Meanwhile, the price of packaged branded cooking oil (2-day average) in traditional markets in North Kalimantan over the past three months has increased by 1.17% from the previously recorded price of Rp21,350.

The highest price increase for packaged branded cooking oil (2-day average) in traditional markets in this province was previously recorded in December 2023 with a 97.46% increase, while the lowest decrease was also recorded in December 2023 at -49.94%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, today's prices of nine basic necessities (sembako) in North Kalimantan show three commodities decreased and eight increased. The basic necessities with price decreases are Packaged Branded Cooking Oil 2, Granulated Sugar, and Premium Quality Granulated Sugar.

4. Medium Quality Rice II per Kg: Rp16,850 per kg (unchanged)
5. Medium Quality Rice I per Kg: Rp17,050 per kg (unchanged)
6. Low Quality Rice I per Kg: Rp14,400 per kg (unchanged)
7. Super Quality Rice I per Kg: Rp19,050 per kg (unchanged)
8. Garlic per Kg: Rp36,500 per kg (unchanged)
