Today's Food Prices in Jambi Region: Red Chili Up, Cayenne Pepper Down

The prices of several food ingredients in Jambi today were observed to decrease compared to yesterday.

According to data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Saturday (1/11/2025) at 11:00 AM WIB, out of 25 commodities, 10 increased and 13 decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include mackerel, large red chili, milkfish, SPHP rice, and bulk cooking oil.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as medium rice, consumption salt, Minyakita cooking oil, premium rice, and farmer-level corn decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Curly red chili experienced the highest increase of Rp515 (0.81%) to Rp63,839 per kg. Meanwhile, packaged wheat flour prices saw the sharpest decrease of Rp417 (3.22%) to Rp12,518 per kg.
