Daily Red Chili Prices at Traditional Markets, November 2023-2024

Based on the National Strategic Food Price Information Center dashboard at 16:44 WIB, the daily price of red chilies in traditional markets in the Yogyakarta Special Region province has not changed compared to the previous day, similar to the price trend over the past week.

Regarding the price over the past month, the daily price of red chilies in traditional markets has decreased from the previous record of Rp40,000.

Meanwhile, the daily price of red chilies in traditional markets over the past three months in the Yogyakarta Special Region has fallen by 45.31%. According to historical food price records on the PIHPS price panel, the daily price of red chilies in traditional markets in the Yogyakarta Special Region province is traded at Rp46,900.

The record high for the daily price of red chilies in traditional markets in this province was previously recorded in April 2022 with an increase of 155.83%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in April 2022 with a decrease of -52.97%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) today in the Yogyakarta Special Region show eight commodities decreasing and four increasing. Basic commodities with decreased prices are Branded Packaged Cooking Oil 1, Cooking Oil, Red Chili, Small Red Chili, Curly Red Chili, Large Red Chili, Red Chili, and Local Sugar.

The following are the prices of nine basic commodities monitored by PIHPS today compared to the price trend over the past month in the Yogyakarta Special Region province:
