New Economic Recovery Budget Realization: 31% as of June 13, 2021

The Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs recorded that the realization of the budget for handling Covid-19 and national economic recovery (PEN) reached Rp 219.65 trillion as of June 11, 2021. This figure only reached 31.4% of the total budget of Rp 688.43 trillion.

Specifically, the budget realization for UMKM and corporate support only reached Rp 41.73 trillion. This figure only reached 21.5% of the allocated budget of Rp 193.74 trillion.

The realization of the health budget was recorded at Rp 35.41 trillion. This is equivalent to 20.5% of the allocated budget of Rp 172.84 trillion.

Furthermore, the realization of the social protection budget reached Rp 64.04 trillion. This figure reached 43.2% of the total budget of Rp 148.27 trillion.

The realization of the budget for priority programs reached Rp 37.1 trillion. This is equivalent to 29% of the allocated budget of Rp 127.85 trillion.

Meanwhile, the realization of the budget for business incentives was recorded at Rp 41.37 trillion. This budget absorption was the highest, reaching 72.9% of the total budget of Rp 56.73 trillion.

The government ensures that it will monitor various obstacles in the disbursement of PEN. Thus, it is hoped that the budget realization will be faster in the future.
