Lampung Region Food Prices Monday (21/10): Rice and Oil Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Monday (21/10/2024) at 09.08 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 10 commodities increased in price and 11 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include premium rice, dry soybean (import), red chili peppers, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), and broiler chicken.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as simple packaged cooking oil, skipjack tuna, granulated sugar, bulk wheat flour, and mackerel have decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The commodity with the highest price increase was livestock-level corn, up by Rp490 (10.89%) to Rp4,990 per kg. The sharpest price decrease was for curly red chilies, down Rp4,080 (17.86%) to Rp18,760 per kg.
