Bali Food Prices Friday (November 22nd): Onion, Oil, and Rice Prices Increase

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Friday (22/11/2024) at 11:12 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 13 commodities increased in price and 8 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include farmer-level corn, mackerel, medium-grain rice, milkfish, and shallots.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as skipjack tuna, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), granulated sugar, chicken eggs, and red chilies decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Mackerel experienced the highest price increase of Rp2,240 (6.59%), reaching Rp36,250 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of curly red chilies saw the steepest decrease of Rp1,580 (8.47%), reaching Rp17,080 per kg.
