The average daily price of medium-sized garlic at modern markets in North Maluku Province has increased by 7.43% over the past month.

Based on the National Strategic Food Price Information Center dashboard at 17:23 WIB, the daily price of medium-sized garlic in modern markets in North Maluku Province remained unchanged compared to the previous day, mirroring the trend of the past week.

However, compared to the last month, the daily price of medium-sized garlic in modern markets has increased from the previous record of Rp67,300 per kg.

Meanwhile, the daily price of medium-sized garlic in modern markets in North Maluku over the past three months has decreased by 12.04%. According to historical food price records in the PIHPS price panel, the daily price of medium-sized garlic in modern markets in North Maluku Province is traded at Rp82,200 per kg.

The highest recorded increase in the daily price of medium-sized garlic in modern markets in this province was in November 2020, with an increase of 42.73%, while the lowest decrease was recorded in December 2017, with a decrease of -34.72%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) today in North Maluku show four commodities decreased and 11 others increased. The basic commodities with price decreases are Curly Red Chili, Branded Packaged Cooking Oil 2, Red Chili, and Cooking Oil.
