Daily Prices of Low-Quality Rice in Traditional Markets, March 2024-2025

The latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center panel shows that the daily price of low-quality I rice in traditional markets in the Yogyakarta Special Region province is recorded at Rp13,000. This price is unchanged from the previous day and the last week.

Compared to the price 30 days ago, the daily price of low-quality I rice in traditional markets has not changed from the previous record of Rp13,000.

Meanwhile, the daily price of low-quality I rice in traditional markets in Yogyakarta over the last three months has decreased by 1.14%. According to historical food price records in the PIHPS price panel, the daily price of low-quality I rice in traditional markets in the Yogyakarta Special Region province was traded at Rp13,150.

The record high for the daily price of low-quality I rice in traditional markets in this province was previously recorded in November 2017 with an increase of 30.72%, and the lowest decrease was also recorded in November 2017 at -23.5%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) today in Yogyakarta show two commodities decreased and 15 others increased. The basic commodities with price decreases are Cooking Oil and Branded Cooking Oil 1.
