Latest Food Prices in Yogyakarta Special Region: Chicken Prices Up, Rice Prices Down (Sunday, February 4, 2024)

Food prices in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, have increased today compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Sunday, February 4th, 2024, at 13:11 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 14 saw price increases and 4 saw decreases.

Commodities that increased in price include mackerel, premium rice, red chilies, shallots, and garlic cloves.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as bulk wheat flour, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), medium rice, and granulated sugar decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of broiler chicken saw the highest increase, jumping Rp1,860 (6.0%) to Rp32,840 per kg. The price of bulk wheat flour saw the lowest decrease, dropping Rp100 (1.04%) to Rp9,480 per kg.
