Today's Banten Food Price List: Egg, Beef, and Rice Prices Drop (Wednesday, April 3, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Banten today are observed to be lower than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Wednesday (3/4/2024) at 08.05 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 12 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include iodized fine salt, granulated sugar, red chili peppers, bulk cooking oil, and simple packaged cooking oil.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as dry soybean (import), medium rice, Indian mackerel, chicken eggs, and bulk wheat flour decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Iodized fine salt saw the highest price increase of Rp2,190 (22.32%), reaching Rp12,000 per kg. Meanwhile, milkfish had the lowest price decrease of Rp12,590 (38.63%), reaching Rp20,000 per kg.

2. Red Chili Peppers: Rp50,000 per kg (up 16.85%)
3. Garlic Bulb: Rp40,000 per kg (up 1.32%)
4. Curly Red Chili Peppers: Rp40,000 per kg (down 2.2%)
5. Chicken Meat: Rp38,000 per kg (down 4.19%)
6. Indian Mackerel: Rp36,000 per kg (down 1.64%)
7. Red Onion: Rp35,000 per kg (up 4.07%)
8. Skipjack Tuna: Rp30,000 per kg (down 11.06%)
9. Chicken Eggs: Rp29,000 per kg (down 0.31%)
10. Milkfish: Rp20,000 per kg (down 38.63%)
11. Granulated Sugar: Rp17,000 per kg (up 0.95%)
