Bali Food Price Update Today: Rice, Egg, and Sugar Prices Increase (Monday, April 1, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Monday (1/4/2024) at 11:37 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 13 commodities increased and 7 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), milkfish, medium-grain rice, chicken eggs, and fine iodized salt.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as premium rice, chicken meat, red chilies, skipjack tuna, and bulk cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of mackerel increased the most, by Rp3,610 (9.92%) to Rp40,000 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of pure beef decreased the least, by Rp4,330 (3.66%) to Rp113,820 per kg.
