Banten Food Price Update Today: Chicken Price Up, Salt Price Down (Monday, March 11, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Banten today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on the national food agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Monday (11/3/2024) at 13:15 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 17 commodities increased and 3 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include pure beef, broiler chicken, premium rice, garlic cloves, and corn at the farmer level.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as iodized fine salt, chicken eggs, and bulk cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of mackerel increased the most by Rp1,690 (4.84%) to Rp36,580 per kg. The price of iodized fine salt decreased the most by Rp1,340 (12.02%) to Rp9,810 per kg.
