Latest Aceh Food Prices: Onion Prices Up, Chili Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Aceh today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on the national food agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Saturday (2/11/2024) at 09.41 WIB, out of 19 commodities, 9 commodities increased and 9 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are premium rice, pure beef, medium rice, chicken eggs, and broiler chicken.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as SPHP rice, dry soybean (import), milkfish, fine iodized salt, and granulated sugar decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Shallots saw the highest price increase of Rp2,160 (6.85%) to Rp33,680 per kg. Skipjack tuna prices saw the sharpest decrease of Rp2,060 (7.64%) to Rp24,900 per kg.

The following is a complete list of the prices of 19 food commodities in Aceh according to Bapanas on November 2, 2024, at 09.41 WIB.

6. Broiler Chicken: Rp31,150 per kg (up 0.19%)
7. Chicken Eggs: Rp25,640 per kg (up 1.02%)
8. Skipjack Tuna: Rp24,900 per kg (down 7.64%)
9. Red Chili: Rp23,450 per kg (down 4.95%)
10. Granulated Sugar: Rp17,830 per kg (down 2.25%)
11. Bulk Cooking Oil: Rp17,300 per liter (up 6.27%)
12. Simple Packaged Cooking Oil: Rp17,070 per liter (down 3.18%)
