Today's Food Price Update in Banten: Rice, Egg, and Oil Prices Drop (Friday, February 23, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Banten today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Friday (23/2/2024) at 13:15 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 3 commodities increased and 17 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are pure beef, fine iodized salt, and red chili peppers.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallots, skipjack tuna, bulk cooking oil, farmer-level corn, and mackerel have decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Fine iodized salt experienced the highest price increase of Rp930 (9.46%) to Rp10,760 per kg. Farmer-level corn experienced the lowest price decrease of Rp750 (8.3%) to Rp8,290 per kg.
