Daily Prices of Super II Quality Rice at Modern Markets in Central Java Province Increased by 0.61% in the Last Month

Based on the National Strategic Food Price Information Center dashboard at 08:23 WIB, the daily price of Super II quality rice in modern markets in Central Java Province has not changed compared to the previous day, nor in the last week.

Compared to the price 30 days ago, the daily price of Super II quality rice in modern markets has increased from the previously recorded Rp16,450 per kg.

Meanwhile, the daily price of Super II quality rice in modern markets in Central Java over the past three months has increased by 13.36% from the previously recorded price of Rp14,600 per kg.

The record high for the daily price of Super II quality rice in modern markets in this province was previously recorded in April 2024 with an increase of 26.21%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in May 2024 with a decrease of -20.77%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) today in Central Java show nine commodities decreased and 21 others increased. The basic commodities with price decreases are Super I Quality Rice, Below I Quality Rice, Branded Packaged Cooking Oil 2, Medium I Quality Rice, Quality 2 Beef, Medium II Quality Rice, Quality 1 Beef, Beef, and Rice.

The following are the prices of basic commodities monitored by PIHPS today compared to price developments over the past month in Central Java Province:

5. Super II Quality Rice per Kg Rp16,550 per kg (up 0.61%)
6. Below I Quality Rice per Kg Rp13,050 per kg (down 1.14%)
7. Branded Packaged Cooking Oil 2 per Kg Rp21,300 per kg (down 0.23%)
8. Chicken Meat per Kg Rp45,450 per kg (up 3.18%)
9. Large Red Chili per Kg Rp89,800 per kg (up 64.02%)
