Current Food Prices in Jambi: Cooking Oil Up, Salt Down

The prices of several food commodities in Jambi today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Sunday (20/10/2024) at 10:33 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 10 commodities increased and 10 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include curly red chilies, chicken eggs, bulk cooking oil, chicken meat, and garlic cloves.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as skipjack tuna, medium rice, SPHP rice, milkfish, and dry soybean (import) decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Bulk cooking oil saw the highest price increase of Rp290 (1.86%), reaching Rp15,880 per liter. Milkfish experienced the sharpest price drop of Rp1,290 (4.41%), reaching Rp27,930 per kg.
