Current Food Prices in Bali: Chili and Chicken Prices Rise

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on the national food agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Saturday (9/11/2024) at 11:12 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 10 commodities increased and 10 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include garlic bulbs, premium rice, red chilies, broiler chicken, and Indian mackerel.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as curly red chilies, bulk wheat flour, skipjack tuna, iodized fine salt, and broiler eggs decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Shallots saw the highest price increase of Rp1,140 (3.78%) to Rp31,290 per kg. Curly red chilies experienced the largest price drop of Rp700 (4.04%) to Rp16,620 per kg.

The following is a complete list of the prices of 21 food commodities in Bali according to Bapanas on November 9, 2024, at 11:12 WIB.
